I would like to start by thanking the Master Cares and Grace Bridge team for allowing me to come to Uganda and serve “God’s kingdom- Wakabaka bwa Katonda”. Without opportunities like this, I am not able to serve God in the way that he has directed me.
Experiences like this are life-changing, and I have been blessed to be able to have many of these experiences in Uganda. The Holy Spirit is so strong here, the worship is genuine, and the joy of praising God comes with no entitlement, no self-pride, and no “ fronting” of character.
What’s amazing is the same God that touches my heart in Texas is the same God that touches my heart in Uganda.
The agricultural program at Master Cares Uganda is growing and improving; the people here deserve the best.
The leadership team here has a genuine love for the people. We have spent time viewing local couples’ home Gardens, creating relationships with their family and neighbors, and worshiping and ministering to them and with them.
It is impressive to see how much Pastor Emma and Pastor Martin care for the people in their community. They refuse to allow them to fail, and show them love like a brother would, just like God commands us.
What a blessing to be able to spend time with these two men. My spirit has been strengthened, and my faith has increased because of this experience in Uganda.
My prayer is that I am able to help do my part in helping Uganda and spreading the word of God.
